  • Point-in-time queries with ?at= on codes, descriptions and tariffs.
  • Changes API with before and after values and effective dates, derived from the source's own validity windows rather than from when we started collecting.
  • /v1/changes/summary and /v1/changes/months for counts over a period.
  • Public code lookup and monthly change pages, no account required.
  • Free plan with 1,000 requests a month; an API key is issued at registration.
